training piece...

between all the other stuff I've been coloring, I slapped this inbetween and decided to give the sketch an inking, color.. and finally ended up with this. Guess I need to do more backgrounds.. oy.. but I do already enough background work believe me :nirvana:
Anatomy is quite off.. bleh... :doh:

I still try to keep the line going to "DRAW EVERYTHING" so between the cars and Transformers I have laying around on my table I had to do some organic stuff ;p

Sketch - 4H pencil, copy paper
Ink + color - Adobe Photoshop CS2 + tablet

PS.: anybody interested in the outlines of this? could post them so everybody can design their own kitteh ;p

I love how this is simple yet so beautiful! I really like the colors and how the inking bolds each of them. Such an epic kind of pose and cartoony anatomy of which I like in animal drawings.

Honestly, I may struggle to put some fine details in some of my work, but if I were to do a picture exactly like this one, (or like any of the great characters in your gallery), I'd be so proud of it. I like your style, I'm watching you!
